Coaching

My is full of energy, very dynamic and developed an excellent relationship with her Communications in Organisation students. The fact that she worked in difference organisations overseas brought interesting light to her class. She is a team player: she gave us some insight about modelling grades in an automated excel file she shared with all the team! This was so useful and we welcomed her initiative in being pro active. Looking forward to working with you again.\” Thanks in advance for helping me out.

I had the pleasure to work with My as she reviewed and validated all my business units at TAFE. These are from Diploma to Grad Cert in Business, Emotional Intelligence, Strategy, Leadership… I was very grateful for her input as she is very diligent and was working under tight deadline. She provided very useful analytical feedback. I am looking forward to collaborate with her again.

I worked alongside My Holland at SCU\’s School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. At My\’s request I peer reviewed her teaching and observed that My demonstrated a genuine sincerity for the students’ learning and wellbeing. She conveyed kindness and approachability. The particular unit which My was teaching when I peer reviewed her had been moved from a 3rd year unit to a 1st year unit. I believe My did an excellent job at de-constructing difficult material in order to facilitate the students\’ learning.
