What is your leadership style? Throughout my 15-year career spanning multiple countries, management and leadership have evolved into a profound passion of mine. To become more impactful, I have embarked on an individual coaching journey with My Holland (MBA, MA), a professional coach accompanying CEOs & Leaders…and more importantly a wonderful human being. Coaching has been the key in meeting me where I am, recognising my strengths, fostering positive emotions while embracing the negative ones, and comprehending the underlying reasons behind my behaviours in various situations I am still learning today. This pursuit of knowledge is an infinite voyage that we must relish as we shape ourselves into who we aspire to become and determine the legacy we leave behind. Undertaking this journey demands a profound sense of kindness towards ourselves as we delve deep into our very souls. Throughout this expedition, three defining characteristics have consistently emerged in me. They were coming straight from my childhood, my multicultural upbringing at home, my educational experiences in school and university, and my unwavering dedication to sports and music. These traits have been also importantly shaped by the great People I have encountered all across the globe.

I met My in December 2019, since then I have not stopped reviewing her lessons, advices. Her insights can be apply anywhere, on business or private life. My is very professional and always ready in active listening and support to others. I can increase my emotional awareness and it just keeps on going. Well done My!!!

My and Anthony delivered a team-building and planning workshop for my team of student affairs practitioners from Fulbright University Vietnam. My and Anthony work great together, often bouncing ideas from one to the other to bring a wide range of perspectives to the discussions. My got people connected and thinking about their strengths and what they bring to the team. Anthony guided the sharing of ideas towards an understanding of where we are and where we need to be. We had a fun day and came away from it energised for the work ahead.

My Holland is very passionate and strong advocator on mindful leadership for an impactful world we live in. My\’s work is truly changing the way organizations are managing the transition in the way they drive and build organizational culture. Here applications are very relevant to hte Vietnamese workplace, and are key to bridging the gaps often experienced by managers and subordinates.

I have had a chance to work with My for her webinar with VNHR members about \”Leadership during disruption and uncertainty: keep your teams motivated and engaged\” in May 2020. My with her thought-provoking sharing and insights for the HR audience always has an amazing ability to spark their eagerness for transformation. Her delivery methods trigger the audiences to reflect on their experience as a leader of themselves and their organization. The webinar was simple and remarkable enough to close our webinar for Covid-19 series. If there is a chance, I would love to work with My again to explore more topics about organizational transformation, leadership in the new century, etc.

My hosts very inspirational workshops and let\’s you think deeper. I attended the Happiness at work workshop a while back in Ho Chi Minh City and must say that it led me think deeper about my work life and what I associate with being happy at work. Her character is positively toxic, creative and has this happy aura that invites you to enjoy her workshops. She has a very unique and new approach to analyzing and incorporating exercises. Would recommend her workshops to any company or individual who needs a creative boost-also ideal for teams.
